Position: Company Nurse
Company Industry: Manufacturing industry
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 28, 000
Work Set Up: On site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse.
- Open for fresh graduates as long as already a Registered Nurse
- Knowledgeable in basic life support like vital signs monitoring and measurement, first
aid health support and CPR
- Experience in using specific electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide emergency assistance to employees such as first aid
- Assess the employees conditions who is in the long-term sick leave (conduct a home
or hospital visitation)
- Prepare monthly statistical report on medicine and HMO utilization
- Checking of the employees contribution records with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig
- Conducting health assessment and implementing health programs within the
workplace
