Assistant Machineshop Supervisor in Edsa Munoz Quezon City


Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in supervisory level
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
- Considerable knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, methods and standard practices of the trade.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in reviewing daily work schedule / output.
2. Assists in studying new product sample / drawings.
3. Assists in Computing/Preparing data needed to be submitted to sales for quotation purposes.
4. Assists in making mould design for new moulds. Prepare materials and working drawings.
5. Attends to mancom meetings representing departmental concerns.
6. Assists in Implementing company policies and regulations
7. Conducts meetings with the team to update projects / job orders.
8. Recommends to management possible solution to certain problems.
9. Attends to customer on technical concerns.
10. Reviews and discuss to machinist performance evaluations.
11. Reviews manpower requirement vs workload.
