• Develops and refines a content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience, ensuring that content remains fresh and relevant.
• Writes compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brands voice and goals in collaboration with the creative team.
• Writes clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various mediums, including advertisements, websites, social media, brochures, emails, and more.
• Plans and schedules content in the assigned platforms like websites, social media, emails, and ads.to maintain and nurture sellers and potential sellers in the funnel.

Social Media Management

• Uses social media analytics tools to monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensures that all social media content and interactions adhere to legal and ethical guidelines and the brand's policies.
• Responds to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, engaging with followers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Implements content moderation guidelines to ensure that user-generated content complies with community standards and brand values and takes necessary actions against violators of community guidelines.
• Stays current with industry trends and social media platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Influencer Marketing

• Conducts research to find potential influencers who align with the brand's values and target demographics.
• Evaluates influencers' reach, engagement, and authenticity.
• Provides influencers with brand guidelines and messaging to ensure consistency.
• Reviews influencers content before it is posted to ensure it meets brand standards and legal requirements.
• Monitors campaign performance, including engagement metrics, reach, and ROI.
• Ensures that influencers are compensated as per the agreed terms.
