• Work closely with TA Manager in all aspectes of recruiting operations 
• May Source, pre-screen candidates and actively provide recruiting operations on the status for each applicant and onboard hires
• Adhere to standard US process and accurate information and communication when inviting applicants.
• Communicate with assigned sites on show up informations on invited candidates consistently
• Keep track on adherence to sourcing work flow process and provide feedback to any work process related issues and concerns.
• To be efficient for each work flow process Keep Data information on shared drives consistently with high confidentiality.
• Execute special projects as required Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager
• Adhere to company standards for time and attendance/allowed break hours, leaves protocols.
• Execute work related task that will be assign from time to time.
