Manage online platforms such as the company website, Facebook Page, Pickaroo, Grab, and others.
Process online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Arrange delivery or dispatch of online orders through company delivery or third-party services (e.g., Lalamove).
Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
Provide after-sales support to online customers and clients.
Monitor online inventory levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain team for timely order fulfillment.
Sales Team Support
Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and executing promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team for various sales and marketing activities.
Collaboration with Supply Chain
Work closely with the Supply Chain and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.
