Establish quality management systems guidelines and procedures including manuals, work instructions, templates, and forms.
Responsible in the monitoring and maintenance of the applicable procedures and instructions.
Spearheaded and ensured periodic Internal Quality Audits; provided support to the audit program as needed, such as facilitation of training on awareness, audit planning, and documentation.
Acts as the repository of all important company documents.
Review, maintain, and update registered documents and records.
Oversee and guide the proper use of all forms and ensure that they conform to the standards, procedures, and timing in their usage.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
