Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic).
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases.
- Provide general office support to various departments or staff members as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
