Room Attendant, Ilocos Norte

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained according to hotel standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and attending to special guest requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms, including:

* Making beds

* Dusting all surfaces

* Vacuuming carpets

* Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/bathtubs, mirrors)

* Replenishing amenities (towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)

* Emptying trash and ashtrays

* Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, and floors

* Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs

* Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) to the Housekeeping Supervisor

* Ensure guest privacy and security at all times

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures

* Follow all company policies and procedures

* Other duties as assigned
