Description

Supervise and oversee the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plant facilities and assigns personnel.
Supervise the control and operation of water and waste treatment plant chemicals, machines and equipment.
Monitors plant records, including operations logs and chemicals inventories.
Monitors performance process of machinery and equipment, prepares maintenance schedule, leads in equipment maintenance and repair work.
Responsible for close coordination with client and with BAUER Management for administrative concerns and any technical issues.
Oversees the safety of personnel by training employees in proper safety procedures and monitoring work in progress.
Responsible for preparation and submission of weekly/monthly reports.
Responsible for the preparation of personnel work schedules.
Remains on call after hours, responds to departmental problems or emergencies.
