Your Role:

The Programmatic Advertising Trainer is responsible for empowering employees by designing, delivering, and evaluating technical and functional training programs in programmatic advertising ensuring that employees develop the necessary skills and competencies to achieve organizational goals.

What you will do:

• Conducting training sessions for Ad Operations focusing on programmatic advertising
• Developing and delivering training materials, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to trainees.
• Collaborating with the training team to continuously improve and update the training curriculum.
