Mon-thur 8am-6pm Friday 8am-5pm Must have experience in Brand strategy, Brand positioning and marketing campaigns Position Summary As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible to oversee and enhance the image and reputation of the Companys products. You are expected to develop and implementstrategies to promote brand awareness, increase customer loyalty ad drive sales Qualification and Required Skills -Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field -3-5 years' experience in Brand Management, Brand Marketing or marketing management with background in retail and beauty industry. -Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Experience managing a brand across multiple markets -Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complexideas clearly and persuasively. -Project management experience with a solid understanding its principles and techniques -Strategic thinker and able to identify long-term opportunities and trends Duties and Responsibilities: Brand Strategy -Develops, implements and evaluates comprehensive brand strategies aligned with -the companys over-all objectives -Conduct Market Research to identify opportunities, trends and competitor activities Brand Positioning -Define and communicate the brands positioning and unique value proposition -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints -Coordinate and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with brand strategy -Work closely with product development team to integrate brand messaging into new products Marketing Campaigns -Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products and services -Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling content and messages -Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand identity -Manages external communication to enhance brand reputation -Build and Maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies This is for DIRECT HIRE!
