We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization in the Philippines.

• Review of Invoices/Purchase Orders
• Review /Audit of Marketplace Transactions-Ensure accurate tech implementation of financials (e.g., invoicing, purchase orders) on Smartbite platforms and make recommendations for improvements
• Review of tax returns
• Review of Accounting Entries
• Month-End Reconciliation of Accounts
• Coordinate with the bank and law firm for business requirements
• Verification of client and vendor documents upon onboarding
• Highlight issues in company finances
• Oversee, report on, and take action on Cash flow/ Accounts Receivables /Payables where necessary
• Addressing client/vendor major concerns
• Execution of payroll computation
• Supervise Implementation of Accounting Software (Xero)
• Develop and document necessary accounting processes
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Coordinate with external auditor for annual audit
• Notify and work with the Regional Head of Finance for matters that are "out of process"
• Providing reports/ other tasks that may be assigned by the Regional Head of Finance
• Managing Bookkeeper and Accountant
• Exhibit an excellent sense of honesty, integrity, and accountability
