Lead and motivate team members: You will be the next in line of the Store Managers who will supervise the Front and Back of the House, particularly in ensuring staff are performing their duties, training and developing our team members, and creating a positive and supportive work environment.

Excellent Customer Service: As frontliner, you will be greeting customers, taking orders, and meeting their satisfaction. Handle customers' concerns on daily operations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Manage inventory and supplies: Supervise the ordering and managing of inventory to ensure all the necessary supplies to operate smoothly are available.

Drive sales and profitability: You will assist in implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability aligned with the target of meeting our financial goals.
