Sales Coordinator/ Fulltime / Quezon City

Description

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Regular updating and submission of Sales Report, SO and actual sales total and per agent (Daily, weekly and monthly extraction from SAP)
Store and sort sales data in electronic form and present reports thru SAP system
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Coordinate with Logistics Team on delivery schedule
Coordinates with artist re: preparation of mock up and image, ensuring the lay-out and designs are all within the printing requirements of Production.
Follow up collection of account
Maintain and update client database
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events
Prepares sample as required by Sales Team
Assist in marketing of the companys products thru applicable means
Other related tasks that the Company may assign from time to time
