1. Responsible for property listing through database

2. Handle all our social media accounts for advertisement like property24, dot property, olx.ph, hopler.ph and all other facebook groups for ads and etc.

3. In charge of updating the listing on the companys database through calling and texting the clients (direct, agents and brokers)

4. Responsible for sourcing different properties through the internet or other outside source possible

5. Acts as a database encoder; encode new source of properties, update properties in the companys database and maintain confidentiality

6. Responsible in assisting clients with their trippings and other needs related

7. Manage all Viber groups; keep an updated list of properties and maintain confidentiality

8. Must update pictures, prices and documents to all accounts and sites handled by our company

9. Have an extended knowledge on Photoshop such as illustration, conceptual art, graphic design, web design and the like; customize and layout tarpaulins, banners, calling cards and other creative work needed for marketing advertisements

10. Should be well-versed in using Microsoft Office for daily tasks; the ability to open, create, format, and modify documents and presentations

11. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word to execute tasks for daily operation

12. High level of proficiency in using the Excel; knowing how to use basic formulas in Excel can help you create spreadsheets that provide real value to your employer; provide an aesthetically pleasing presentation for the company

13. Provides IT operations functions to offices for the organizations standard hardware, software and voice/data network solutions; install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

14. Maintains all company databases
