Corporate Planning Officer, Quezon City

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prepares and analyzes the Bank's budget and financial performance; and
• Ensures targets and budgets are closely monitored and analyzed

SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conducts constant budget monitoring for both Operational Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenses (CAPEX);
• Processes Budget Certification requests relative to OPEX and CAPEX monitoring;
• Provides budget utilization data as requested by the concerned units;
• Accomplishes and submits weekly Asset and Liabilities Committee (ALCO) reports to Treasury Division;
• Accomplishes and reviews UCPBS Financial Statement for submission to the Mother Bank;
• Provides monthly Financial Reports to the Management such as performance reports, Income and Expenses of the Bank, and budget attainment of Business units regularly;
