Our team at Delex Pharma International, Inc. is currently looking of a reliever for Trade Sales Admin position. We are located at Brgy. Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City. The job is a project-based employment where you will be employed for up to 5 months.


  • Assist the trade sales team with administrative tasks, including receiving & collating sales invoices
  • Monitor and routing the approval of Memorandum of Agreements (MOA) & other contracts with clients
  • Coordinate communication between sales staff and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Data entry and support the preparation of sales reports
