Admin & Finance Manager, Quezon City

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the companys financial operations and strategies. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining effective financial controls, and providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to implement sound financial practices, optimize cash flow, and support organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and realistic financial plans.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and tax filings in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing activities to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficient processing of invoices, collections, and payments.
