Description

Ensures adherence to governing principles on government procurement under Republic Act No. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act;
Sources projects/ requirements per approved procurement request form (PRF);
Sources various supplies, fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FFE), and service contractors and providers required by the bank;
Attends to the preparation of canvass papers, preparation of bid documents, issuance of notices and invitation to bid, notices of bidding conferences, BAC resolutions, Bid bulletin, notice of awards, and notice to proceeds;
Arranges and tracks the delivery schedule of requisitioned items in coordination with the supplier and end user to ensure expectations are met;
Checks products and supplies delivered and ensures that the agreed brand and quality of items delivered to the end users are met; and
Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
