The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the sales team at PRIME Philippines. This position involves overseeing sales activities, including client acquisition, property leasing, and relationship management. • Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance and achieving sales targets for leasing and property management services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Oversee the full leasing process for clients, including property inspections, lease proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Conduct regular cold calls and outreach to prospective clients, scheduling meetings and follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions to enhance client retention and referrals.
• Maintain and update an extensive database of property listings, client information, and sales activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help achieve individual and team goals.
• Stay informed on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the Philippines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the development of promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and key client feedback.
• Identify and explore new opportunities and solutions in the real estate market to maintain competitive advantage and drive sales growth.
• Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients.
