HR Officer, Quezon City

Cut & Break Diamond Products, Inc., the exclusive distributor of Husqvarna construction products, Rawlplug anchoring systems, Duss power tools, and Keil drill bits and chisels in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resource Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a commitment to supporting our companys growth by attracting and retaining talented professionals.

• Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and find the right talent for each role.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, addressing workplace issues, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal and management systems, including coordinating review cycles, collecting feedback, and working with managers to drive employee development.
