To manage the performance of employees and ensure manning complement based on schedule. Set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate to employees.

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure compliance with food safety.
• Act as a safety officer and ensure peoples compliance with safety practices.
• Check the output of personnel.
• Check attendance and provide a copy to clients representatives.
• Train new employees.
• Perform progressive disciplinary actions on erring employees.
