- Check completeness of materials and tools needed prior to dispatch
- Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works on all products as required in accordance with the company standards and specifications
- Attain product knowledge by attending product briefing
- Assist in conducting product demonstration to customers for testing and approval
- Checks performance of each product and provides feedback to immediate superior.
