Handles basic equipment trouble shooting for effective equipment cost management and operational efficiency.
Checks strict compliance of store's daily operational checklist.
Ensure smooth shift turn over
Prepares raw materials and other operating supplies projection in a daily/weekly/monthly basis or as needed
Coordinate on time and complete deliveries with the commissary team leader.
Communicates weekly manpower schedules amongst staff.
Implements store's marketing (local/system-wide) programs.
Ensure strict month-end inventory procedure.
