  • The Multi-skilled Technician shall provide the maintenance and technical support to the building including, but not limited to:
  • Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance of the building equipment and facilities within the Area of Responsibility.
  • Performs building HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
  •  Implement preventive maintenance measures.
  • Maintain inventory of repair and equipment supplies.
  • Conduct electric and water meter readings.
  • Report to the admin any defects, damage, and equipment breakdowns.
  • Attend on-call activities (assist contractors, tenants, and emergency repairs).
  • Update monitoring and checklist.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head.
