Description
- Maintain a high level of service delivery to HQ, Operations and Client teams
- Assist in the collection and organization of DTRs, Delivery notes and any other relevant documentation for alignment with the billing process
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations on CME requests, delivery dates in line with delivery availability slots and assist in organizing gate passes as needed
- Assist Account leads/Managers on Invoice requests in line with deadline requirements
- Provide analysis and reports as needed to the operations team/management on aspects of the operation as needed.
- Provide feedback and development towards continuous improvement
- Meeting health and safety responsibilities as defined in Company Health and Safety procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Providing input into the monthly management reports in the agreed format and in a timely and professional manner
- Provides administrative support to the Operations and Sales Team
- Implement best practices and CCS standards within our service provision
- Ensure the CCS image is reflected through proper phone and email etiquette
- Work towards developing a positive close working relationship with all stakeholders
- Supports the CCS Finance team with any invoice queries or requirements
- Support the operations team in preparing of any requirements relating to method statements, risk assessments or other standard operating procedures
- Respond to any queries from clients as required
- Develop a database of client contracts, including renewal dates ensuring that the management team know of contracts needing renewal
- Assist as needed with the preparation of reports in relation to operations
- Assist in the preparation of sales packs or any other requirements relating to new contract bids as needed
- Ensuring accurate filing of all service contracts
- Assist Sales with simple sales quotations or ad hoc service requests
- Provide cover for Delivery Allocator as needed
- Provide cover for relevant positions within our portfolio such as Help Desk, Admin, Reception etc.
- Provide support in workplace inspections and auditing
- Assist account leads/managers with any administrative support
- Assist with the Asset confirmation on site and ensure timely checking of all assets by the operations team/supervisors
- Accurate database of all CCS assets on site, ensuring that all are asset tagged and tracked. Ensure update to purchasing as needed.
- Any tasks as required by the senior managers
