Administrative Secretary, Quezon City

We are currently seeking an Administrative Secretary at VConstruct Inc. You will play a role in supporting our executive team in various administrative and operational capacities. From client coordination to project monitoring, your contribution will be integral to ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

Routine Work

* Provide regular updates to the CEO on the progress of delegated tasks and reasons for any delay, fostering efficient workflow management

* Facilitate CEO schedule

* Facilitate accreditations and partnerships with different firms and enterprises

Periodic Work

* Deliver presentations of the company's profile and strategic roadmap to prospective clients

* Facilitate seamless client coordination throughout the project lifecycle, culminating in successful deal closures

* Craft and disseminate persuasive proposal emails to engage potential clients and stakeholders.

* Act as headhunter, sourcing, and attracting professionals to bolster our team.

* Assist in recruitment for both skilled and unskilled labor

* Assist in supplier sourcing and accreditation

* Facilitate database of clients, personnel, and suppliers

* Oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and strategic posting.
