Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues.

Provide information on promotions, plans, and packages offered by the company.

Service Provision:

Assist customers with new service activations, upgrades, and cancellations.

Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide receipts.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Sales and Promotion:

Promote and upsell company products, services, and add-ons to meet sales targets.

Educate customers on the benefits of various services and encourage service adoption.

Technical Support:

Provide basic troubleshooting support for devices and services.

Guide customers in setting up devices, SIM cards, and service configurations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Accurately update customer information and service records in the companys database.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations within the branch.
