Description
- Conducts first response to Walk-In/Dealer Network Inquiries on products and services relevant to company offerings in the showroom (i.e Person-to-Person, Phone Calls, Emails, SMS, etc) for endorsement to relevant personnel and follow-throughs on experiences on responses of relevant personnel to requirements of the customer to ensure that such actions conform to their satisfaction.
- In Case the actions provided are not at par with the satisfaction of the customer, the personnel communicates further to the client in explaining the courses of actions provided and propose alleviating actions to improve the satisfaction of the client/Dealer network on the series of actions conducted on their behalf.
- Undertakes Handover discussions with customers for new vehicle releases, to ensure first-hand appreciation of the customer to the vehicle, thereby enhancing appreciation of the customer to the vehicle and services being and to be rendered.
- Organizes & coordinates Appointment System to be synchronized with weekly tasks of relevant Technical Operations Offices
- Familiarizes with the details and importance of the PMS schedule, as well as notable corrective maintenance and FAQS concerns of clients (e.g prices, scope, and relevance of work) to ensure proper information dissemination, coordination with relevant offices and attain resolution/implementation of resolution to conform with client's requirements and satisfaction.
- Conducts Post-Experiences survey to assess the status of clients' vehicles, the experiences, and recommendations on improving the provided services using information to build long-term customer loyalty
- Performs Job Functions consistent with the protocol provided in the Code of Conduct aligned to the Corporate Mission Statement, Vision, and Core Values as prescribed by the Company
- Call up customers who are due for the next maintenance check-up for servicing. Summarize customers not contacted for the week (Mon-Sat) Send a letter every Monday of the following week.
- Daily follow-up report (Customer Maintenance reminder) should be submitted the following day.
- Responsible for appointing service customers and promoting the appointment system.
- Handle customer inquiries by telephone or personal contact
- Follow-up customer parts arrive every Monday. Wednesday and Friday
- Maintain good customer relations and handle service customer concerns.
- Keep and maintain required records and files concerning marketing and promotions, service appointments, and caravan schedules.
- Discharges and dumps waste accumulated each working day into the waste disposal area making sure all wastes are separated properly.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the work bay every after-unit service. Practice 5s before and after work.
- Attend relevant training and development programs.
- Undertakes self-improvement initiatives to promote continuing professional growth and personal development.
- Perform another task as may be assigned from time to time.
