Parts Sales Coordinator, San Juan

Description

Sells Products to Address urgent parts requirements and meet the dealership's needs
Record all sales and dealer transactions that occur
Parts Counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and processing procedures of the dealership
Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to the parts coordinator
Handling of Customer Inquiries; price calculation considering the competition, costs minimum prices, and accurate margin
Handling of customer orders; entry into the system, and follow-up with distribution dispatcher personnel
Follow up on parts stocking order to the dealership for compliance
Promotes Sales Activities and Plans and Programs to Dealers
Attends Relevant Training and Development programs
Under Takes Self-Improvement Initiatives
Continuing Professional Growth and Personal Development
Identifies ways to improve operations and implement new process
Performs other functions as may be directed by the parts manager and after-sales Manager
