Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to hospitality standards.

1. *Clean and maintain guest rooms*: Dust, vacuum, make beds, change linens and replenish amenities.
2. *Restock supplies*: Replace toiletries, towels and linens.
3. *Maintain public areas*: Clean lobby, hallways, stairs and common spaces.
4. *Deep clean rooms*: Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including refrigerators, microwaves and bathrooms.
5. *Report maintenance issues*: Inform maintenance staff of repairs needed.
6. *Maintain cleaning carts and equipment*: Ensure organization and cleanliness.
7. *Provide turndown service*: Prepare rooms for evening occupancy.
