Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Branch Administrator to support the daily operations of the branch. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills and basic knowledge of automotive terms, documents, or processes. This role involves handling office tasks, assisting customers, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring smooth branch activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in preparing reports, sales documents, delivery receipts, and branch logs.
  • Support branch operations by coordinating with mechanics, drivers, and the service team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process requests, and provide basic information about automotive services or products.
  • Monitor and update inventory records for parts, supplies, and tools.
  • Assist in processing financial transactions such as petty cash, reimbursements, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Ensure all branch documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Coordinate with the main office regarding permits, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Support the service team by preparing job orders, service schedules, and maintenance records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the branch office area.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in admin or office support roles; experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of automotive terms, service processes, or parts (even limited knowledge is acceptable).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
