Description

Offers items/products suited to the customers needs.
Help update client on their credit standing and help AR dept. in any collections when needed.
Sales target vs outstanding receivables.
Achieves objectives, goals, and quotas set by upper management.
Required to respond to any form of inquiries through calls, texts, emails, chats, etc.
Process the sales, corrections, and returns in the Oracle system correctly.
Displays organized timely, and accurate work with minimal system changes.
Request pending items to stock in charge to secure availability at the right time.
Legibly write invoice with complete details of the transaction.
Communicate to the customer with the companys policies, promos, price updates, etc.
Getting feedback from customers.
Maintains good and pleasing customer relations as well as establishing a good rapport with all departments and co-workers.
Inform the management of any activities, or information that competitors are doing.
Required to attend product updates to enhance knowledge.
Acquire new corporate clients on a regular basis.
