  • Sales target vs outstanding receivables.
  • Achieves objectives, goals, and quotas set by upper management.
  • Required to respond to any form of inquiries through calls, texts, emails, chats, etc.
  • Process the sales, corrections, and returns in the Oracle system correctly.
  • Displays organized timely, and accurate work with minimal system changes.
  • Request pending items to stock in charge to secure availability at the right time.
  • Legibly write invoice with complete details of the transaction.
  • Communicate to the customer with the companys policies, promos, price updates, etc.
  • Getting feedback from customers.
  • Maintains good and pleasing customer relations as well as establishing a good rapport with all departments and co-workers.
  • Inform the management of any activities, or information that competitors are doing.
  • Required to attend product updates to enhance knowledge.
  • Acquire new corporate clients on a regular basis.
