We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and client acquisition for a fast-scaling commercial real estate consultancy firm in the Philippines.
This role is built for a strategic but execution-driven sales professional who thrives in hunter-led business development, corporate deal-making, relationship building, and closing high-value transactions in the commercial property and real estate services space.

You will be responsible for driving the companys business growth strategy through new client acquisition, corporate partnerships, and expansion of commercial real estate service lines.
This is not a purely relationship-maintenance role. You are expected to hunt, build, convert, and scale opportunities across office leasing, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, and retail spaces.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strong pipeline generation and successful deal execution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate
Generate leads through corporate networks, brokers, developers, and institutional clients
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Achieve and exceed revenue and occupancy targets
Expand market presence across key commercial segments
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with landlords, developers, tenants, and corporate clients
Manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships
Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations
Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates
3. Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Identify emerging opportunities in office leasing, coworking, and commercial assets
Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
Support pricing strategy and positioning for services
4. Pipeline & Sales ManagementMaintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
Track all leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics
Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting discipline
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a results-driven business developer with strong commercial instincts and real estate exposure.
Non-NegotiablesAny Bachelor's Degree
With at least 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
Strong background in commercial real estate, or B2B corporate sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience handling corporate or enterprise clients
Strong Experience InCommercial real estate leasing or brokerage
Corporate account management
B2B solution selling
Property consultancy or advisory services
Negotiation of high-value contracts
Preferred QualificationsExperience in real estate consultancy or developer-side leasing
Existing network of corporate clients or landlords
Background in flexible workspace, office leasing, or commercial assets
