Job Summary


The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring high-value clients, and expanding the firms commercial real estate portfolio. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with property developers, landlords, and corporate tenants, while leading initiatives that generate leasing mandates and revenue growth. The position also represents the company in key industry engagements and strengthens the companys market presence.


Responsibilities


1. Develop and execute the companys business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leasing mandates, and strategic partnerships with property developers, landlords, and investors.

3. Establish strong pipelines of potential clients and projects in the office, retail, and mixed-use commercial property sectors

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, property owners, and developers.

5. Secure exclusive leasing mandates and consultancy engagements for commercial properties.

6. Generate new revenue streams through leasing opportunities, strategic partnerships, and advisory services.

7. Identify and pursue large-scale or big-ticket commercial real estate transactions.


Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of cumulative experience in commercial real estate or business development.

3. Proven track record in client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.

4. Strong network within the commercial real estate, corporate, or developer community.

5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

6. Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities

7. Willing to report on-site in our office in Ortigas.
