The HR Assistant Compensation and Benefits is responsible for managing government-mandated benefits, ensuring timely processing and remittance of contributions and loans, and maintaining updated employee records to support accurate and compliant compensation and benefits administration.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare monthly reports and coordinate payment of SSS and PhilHealth contributions and loans.
- Submit and process loan and maternity benefit applications.
- Monitor education loan payments and reconcile benefit remittances with accounting records.
- Maintain updated schedules and employee records for government benefits.
- Coordinate with SSS/PhilHealth for benefit claims and updates.
- Assist in updating employee information and support general HR activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent course.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage confidential information.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of government benefits processes is an advantage.
