About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support our premier Healthcare account at our Mandaluyong City site. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist international healthcare members with insurance coverage, medical billing, and benefits claims inquiries.
• Navigate healthcare portals to verify eligibility and coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding medical histories and health records.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient and provider interactions within the database system.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality service while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience: At least 12 months of Healthcare BPO experience is required.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced, near-native English communication skills with a CEFR level of C1 or higher.
• Tech Skills: High digital literacy, navigation of multi-screen databases, and accurate typing skills.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in fixed night shifts or shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Traits: Amenable to working on-site in Mandaluyong City, with high empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
