.Net Developer, Mandaluyong

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET application development, SQL Server, REST APIs, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while contributing to architecture, design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications using .NET technologies.
• Write clean, well-structured, reusable, and testable code following software development best practices.
• Gather, analyze, and refine technical requirements and specifications.
• Maintain, enhance, and scale existing platforms and applications.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Ensure adherence to secure software development standards and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, estimation sessions, and technical design reviews.
• Perform code reviews and ensure all code is properly documented.
• Implement shift-left testing practices, including unit testing as part of every release cycle.
• Manage and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and RDBMS technologies.
• Follow source control management standards and best practices using Git.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements where applicable.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, including Lightning Talks and technical sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in .NET development using C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, and React.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL development.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with SQL and RDBMS technologies.
• Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server Database Administration activities.
• Solid understanding of secure software development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
