OVERVIEW:

This role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market opportunities, and

strengthening brand presence within the QSR industry. The role focuses on sales growth, store expansion, partnership development, market analysis, and operational support to achieve company targets and long-term business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion

strategies.

Lead store expansion initiatives including site sourcing, market assessment, and

business feasibility studies.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the QSR

industry.

Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer engagement.

Coordinate with operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support

business growth initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, suppliers, and

stakeholders.

Monitor business performance and prepare reports, sales analysis, and growth

recommendations.

Support franchise development and business negotiations when applicable.

Ensure all business development activities align with company goals and brand

standards.

Lead and manage projects related to operational improvement and business expansion.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development, preferably within the QSR,

food service, restaurant, or retail industry.

Strong background in store expansion, sales growth, and market analysis.

Knowledgeable in QSR operations and industry trends.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
