Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Company Nurse / Admin Staff to provide basic healthcare support to employees while assisting in administrative and office operations.

Scope of Work:

 Nursing Duties

• Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees.
• Monitor employee health conditions and maintain medical records.
• Assist in conducting annual physical examinations and health programs.
• Administer medicines as needed and monitor clinic supplies.
• Coordinate with accredited hospitals or healthcare providers for employee medical concerns.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Prepare medical reports, incident reports, and health-related documentation.
• Support employee wellness activities and health awareness programs.

Administrative Duties

• Assist in daily office and administrative operations.
• Maintain and organize company records and files.
• Assist HR and management with reports, scheduling, and documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities when needed.
• Coordinate internal communications and other clerical tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed).
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to work onsite.
