Spanish Bilingual Representative | Healthcare Account, Mandaluyong

Responsibilities:

• Provides accurate information to callers regarding their statement and payment procedures.
• Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries as well as actions taken.
• Deals and helps resolves any customer complaints.
• Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company as per business requirement; these may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

Qualifications:

• Must have an expert understanding of computer applications.
• Experience in handling Customer Service accounts for Spanish and English speaking customers Education or equivalency
• Minimum of High School Education required, or preferably with two (2) years college background.
• At least two (2) years working experience in the Customer Service field handling healthcare account
• Applicant will be expected to pass an Internal English Literacy Test and Spanish communication interviews.
• Must be able to work on a Night Shift Schedules.
