Job Summary

• Oversee the performance of branch operations staff to ensure that the standard performance set by management is achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times by branch employees.
• Maintain positive relations with all contacts, guests, potential clients, and team members in order to expand the branchs pool of networks.
• Responsible in promoting and marketing the companys products and services, campaigns, retail, etc.
• Recommend sales and promotional strategies for the branch in order to achieve target.
• Conduct pre-operations checking to ensure that cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the branch is achieved.
• Ensure that customer service excellence is exercised in the branch by all employees at all times.
• Response immediately to any major guest concern to ensure that guest satisfaction and retention is achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HRM, Tourism or any related course.
• At least 2 years of working experience in retail/ service management in beauty & wellness or Spa industry.
• Strong leadership skills and People Management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Sales oriented mindset
• Trustworthy and with strong communication and negotiating skills
• Can start immediately.
• This position will be assigned in Shangri-la, Mandaluyong
