Job Summary

The IT Officer is responsible for supporting project management activities related to system implementation, testing, training, rollout, and user support. The role ensures that IT projects and system-related initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business requirements and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end project delivery including planning, testing, pilot implementation, rollout, and post-implementation support.
• Conduct system testing, mock-ups, and user training activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system outputs based on business needs.
• Provide timely IT system support and troubleshoot system-related concerns.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within target schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors, users, and cross-functional teams during implementation activities.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product or Project Management within the IT industry.
• Knowledgeable in prototyping and project management tools such as Figma, Axure, Jira, Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling system implementation and rollout projects.
• Familiarity with software testing and user training processes.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in project execution.
• Proficient in documentation and reporting.
