Description of Responsibility

1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications by analyzing user and technical requirements to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
2. Integrate front-end and back-end components while optimizing applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-platform compatibility
3. Ensure code quality by following industry standards, best practices, version control, and proper documentation and deployment processes.
4. Conduct user testing and usability analysis; identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues based on feedback and system results.
5. Maintain and enhance website content, design and functionality in collaboration with cross functional teams to improve users experience.
6. Implement and manage security measures, data protection protocols, and continuously monitor systems for vulnerabilities and performance issues.
7. Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes, back up, recovery procedures, and business continuity plans, while tracking and reporting performance metrics.
8. Provide technical support for application-related and email account issues.
9. Stay updated with emerging wen technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or a related field.
2. Proficient in front end technologies, including using PHP, MySQL, and Node.js
3. Experience in Laravel framework
4. Strong understanding of website development, administration and web hosting environments.
5. Proficient in Content Management System (CMS) particularly WordPress
6. Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling
8. Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance development, productivity, and problem solving
9. Strong documentation and communication skills, able to clearly convey technical information to team members and stakeholders.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
11. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
12. At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in web development
