We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Key Accounts Specialist to handle and grow partnerships with our key local accounts. This role is ideal for someone eager to strengthen existing relationships while opening new business opportunities. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets that contribute to our brands success.


  • Maintain regular communication with assigned key accounts and ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Understand clients business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and onboard new key accounts through market research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to create offers that resonate with key buyers
  • Develop customized plans with the sales team to drive customer retention and revenue growth
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure top-tier service
  • Track sales progress per account and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Lead discussions on pricing, renewals, and agreements with key clients

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or any related business course
  • At least 23 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or related administrative roles preferred
  • Proven experience in retail and modern trade accounts
  • Strong attention to detail in handling sales and inventory data
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for phone-based coordination with accounts and field teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic sales data consolidation
  • Familiarity with sales reports, inventory monitoring, and retail data entry systems is an advantage
