Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Help process lease documents, contracts, and tenant records
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule property viewings, inspections, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and service providers
- Support rent monitoring and basic billing documentation
- Prepare simple reports, data entry, and correspondence
- Ensure smooth communication between tenants, clients, and the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related course
- Open to fresh graduates
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics
