Griller, Mandaluyong

The Griller is responsible for preparing and cooking grilled food items according to company standards. They ensure food quality, proper cooking procedures, and cleanliness in the grilling station.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook grilled food items (meat, poultry, seafood, etc.)
• Ensure food is cooked according to standard recipes and proper doneness
• Monitor grill temperature and cooking times
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grilling area
• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation as needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• With experience in grilling or kitchen operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
