Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute departmental and enterprise-level projects aligned with corporate goals
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with business strategy and performance objectives
2. Standards & Procedure Development
- Develop and maintain company-wide quality and productivity standards
- Design and implement operational procedures across teams
- Ensure compliance through training, workshops, and performance monitoring
3. Operational Excellence & Professional Services
- Provide process improvement and consulting support to internal departments
- Deliver Lean-based solutions including process mapping, benchmarking, and problem-solving
- Support client onboarding, service improvement, and new business acquisition initiatives
4. New Product Development & Innovation
- Support design, testing, and launch of new products and business models
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to pilot new offerings
- Contribute to initiatives that drive profitability and business growth
5. Team Development & Coaching
- Coach team members on Lean tools and process improvement methodologies
- Support capability building in project execution and structured problem-solving
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 5 years experience in BPO or operations environment
- Experience in QA/QC or process improvement preferred
- Knowledge of Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, A3, Standard Work)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
