Lead Specialist, SDU Training & Optimization, Mandaluyong

Job Summary

Support SDU teams on AMP implementation, domain knowledge and culture promotion and AMP strategic planning, to drive overall service level compliance and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver new hire training programs and schedules
• Monitor trainee performance, engagement, and learning progress
• Provide coaching, feedback, and resolve training issues
• Coordinate with teams to align training with business needs
• Improve training modules, processes, and overall effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience in training, onboarding, or process operations
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
