We are looking for a Project Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate) who will assist in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who want to gain real field experience.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• PRC license is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge in reading plans and construction processes

• Willing to work on-site and handle field work
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting

• Exposure to real construction projects (fit-out, maintenance, engineering works)
• Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced engineers
